Surrogate Compensation & Bonuses 41%
Our California based surrogate compensation starts at $42,000 and out of state surrogate compensation starts at $38,000. Experienced surrogate has an additional base compensation of $5,000 ~ $30,000.
All-Inclusive Agency Fee 20%
Our all-inclusive agency fee covers customized surrogate matching, unlimited re-matching, coordination of medical appointments and billing, facilitation of unlimited embryo transfers, insurance handling, and journey support during treatment. Payments are made in two installments: one after signing a retainer agreement, and the other when signing the Gestational Carrier Agreement with your surrogate.
Insurance and Delivery Cost 18%
You will need to purchase health and life insurance for your surrogate. Depending on the plan and coverage, the premium and delivery costs can vary. If your surrogate carries twins, there can be an additional cost of $15,000 to $30,000 for the delivery.
Legal and Trust Account Fee 9%
Contract drafting, revision, Parental Rights filling and court presentation are paid directly to your lawyer and your surrogate’s lawyer through a Trust Account. Trust Account management fees will be paid directly to the Trust company. Notary may be needed if you or your surrogate are not able to meet with the lawyer in person.
Traveling Cost 6%
Your surrogate and her companion's traveling and lodging costs for embryo transfer and delivery will be paid through the Trust Account. Additional traveling and lodging costs may apply if your case manager stays with your surrogate at the hospital during delivery. We won’t charge any additional fee for the time spent at the hospital because we know it’s important to have your case manager there to support your special moment.
Medical Screening and Monitoring Fee 4%
Surrogate mothers usually need to travel to the IVF clinic and be locally monitored during the medical treatment. The fees for medical screening and embryo transfer are directly paid to the IVF clinic.
Psychological Evaluation & Background Check Fee 2%
Psychological evaluation and background check are required for our surrogates and their partners.
